At BBQPitsUSA, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible — from checkout to delivery. That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Free Shipping
We are proud to offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required. This applies to all deliveries within the following countries:

There are no hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout, and no promo codes needed. Every order placed on bbqpitsusa.shop ships free — it’s that simple.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first.
If you’re still unable to find your tracking information, feel free to contact us at support@bbqpitsusa.shop and we’ll look into it right away.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada & United Kingdom)
For orders shipped to Canada and the United Kingdom, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined and collected by your country’s customs authority — not by BBQPitsUSA.
As a result, BBQPitsUSA is not responsible for any additional customs charges, import duties, or local taxes that may apply to international shipments. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you’re unsure about potential fees.
Shipping to Other Countries
At this time, BBQPitsUSA only ships to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future. If you are located outside of these countries and would like to place an order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. BBQPitsUSA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@bbqpitsusa.shop. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped. However, once a package is in transit, changes may not be possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate your order. In most cases, we can file a claim on your behalf.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. BBQPitsUSA will arrange a full refund or free replacement at no additional cost to you. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses within the United States. However, please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard estimates. If you have questions about shipping to a specific address type, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
