At BBQPitsUSA, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every BBQ grill, smoker, and coffee machine we sell. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Please review our refund policy below for full details.
30-Day Refund Guarantee
We accept refund requests within 30 days after the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
✅ The item must be unused and in its original condition.
✅ The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
✅ You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
Please note that items showing signs of use, assembly, modification, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded. These include:
❌ Products that have been used, assembled, or installed
❌ Items marked as clearance or final sale
❌ Gift cards
❌ Products with missing parts, accessories, or packaging

How to Request a Refund
Starting a refund is simple. Just follow these three steps:
Step 1 — Contact Us: Send an email to support@bbqpitsusa.shop or reach out through our Contact Page. Include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
Step 2 — Receive Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If your refund is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Step 3 — Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as BBQPitsUSA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, we recommend checking with your bank first, then contacting us for further assistance.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, you received the wrong item or a defective product).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, BBQPitsUSA will cover the return shipping at no cost to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage and your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In these cases, BBQPitsUSA will offer you a full refund or a free replacement — whichever you prefer. You will not be charged for return shipping on damaged or defective items.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, here’s what we recommend:
1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again — refunds can sometimes take a few extra days to appear.
2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
3. If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@bbqpitsusa.shop and we’ll look into it right away.
